Additional information from the manufacturer: Package states "May contain soy lecithin," because the manufacturing equipment did process chocolate containing soy lecithin in the past. However, the equipment is now dedicated soy-free, and there is no longer any soy processed in the facility. The equipment has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and it has been processing soy-free chocolate exclusively for some time now. The Facility does not process any of the eight major allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, egg, soy, fish, or shellfish/crustaceans). Gluten-free info: Package states "Gluten-free".
