Mini-sized bar of soft nougat perfect for an individual serving.
Nougat is central to the history of the city of Montelimar and the traditions of Provence. Since 1837 Arnaud Soubeyran has distinguished itself by making nougat with more honey from the Alps and more Provence almonds for a candy of the highest quality. To bring out all of its flavor, this nougat is cooked very slowly in copper cauldrons by an artisan bain-marie, or double boiler method.
Each bar is 22g/0.75oz.
