Wow! I'm hooked!
I just tried these cherries for the first time today and was amazed by their excellent flavor, color and texture. My husband is a budding mixologist,and we use organic ingredients whenever we can. These cherries are a real find! (I was so inspired that instead of using one as a garnish on my amaretto sour, I invented a whole drink around them: 1 part rum, one part amaretto, 2 parts cherry juice, 2 parts collins mix, 2 drops bitters, shake with ice and serve in margarita glass) Up next: cherries flambe!
