Just Add Water:
•2 parts water to 1 part powder (less water for stronger color)
•Mix only amount of color needed in separate container until completely dissolved.
•Paintbrush (or Airbrush) on a "dry" food surface.
•Store unused powder in a cool dry area away from heat and direct light

*TruColor™ powders require water to activate the water-soluble dehydrated plant color they are made with. TruColor™ "Shine" is not a "luster dust" and requires water to "Hydrate and Decorate".

†Prior to painting, food surface should be given just a little time to set and dry or form a dry crust.
