A: Hi Pete, Titanium dioxide is a naturally-occurring mineral that has traditionally been used in food products as coloring. For dragees and other panned confectionery, food-grade titanium dioxide provides white color and also serves as a base layer to make the other colors brighter. We don't manufacture any of the products we carry but we try to provide as much information as possible about each product - including complete ingredients lists - so our customers can decide for themselves which items meet their needs. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Q: The ingredients list shows "thickener" but is not specific. What is the thickener used in this product and what is it derived from? Thank you!

A: Hi Nicole, The "thickener" is gum arabic (tree sap from acacia trees). It might be hard to see the ":" (colon) separating the two words - sorry about that! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Q: Do these have any corn or rice?
Answered by Natural Candy Store, November 26, 2018 at 12:48:38 PM EST.
A: Hi Jared! We do not have any corn, corn syrup or rice syrup listed as ingredients. I also double checked the package. The supplier, however, did not indicate as to whether they are made in a facility that processes items with corn and/or rice ingredients. If you would like we can try and get a hold of the supplier to confirm this futher.
