Please visit our Warm Weather Shipping page to learn how to protect your chocolate items from melting. When will my order ship? Normally, your package will leave our warehouse the next business day. We try to ship orders placed by 12 noon PST the same business day whenever possible. Occasionally, during warm weather, we will delay shipping to avoid extended exposure to high temperatures over the weekend. You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order ships. How long will my order take to arrive? We use both UPS and USPS depending on which method will be faster. If you prefer one method over the other, please tell us in the Special Instructions section at checkout. If your package will be in transit over the weekend, add two more days to the time in transit. Transit days start the day after your order ships, do not include Sunday and may not include Saturdays. These are the estimated times in transit for the various shipping methods we offer:
All California and some other West Coast orders will arrive in two business days with Standard Shipping. Most Northern California orders arrive in one business day with Standard Shipping. Shipping Rates by Order Total:
Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska: We do not offer expedited shipping to these addresses. Please select Standard Shipping at checkout. Our preferred payment method for international orders is PayPal. Customers in Canada can place their order online and must select Canada Shipping at checkout. Please call us if you need to return merchandise. We normally cannot refund shipping costs on returns.
