Shipping Rates: We charge the actual cost of shipping based on the weight and destination of your order. To calculate the shipping cost, use the Shipping Calculator either on the Shopping Cart page or at checkout. Make sure you have all the items you want to order in your cart; then enter your zip code (US only), choose your country, select a shipping method, and click "Calculate Shipping". To see the cost for another method simply select a different shipping method and click "Calculate Shipping" again. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska: Please select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. A note about Standard Shipping: When you choose Standard Shipping the shipping charge is calculated based on UPS Ground rates. We will usually ship your order via UPS Ground, but we may ship via US Priority Mail if you have paid enough and your order will arrive faster. If you do not want us to ship via US Priority Mail when you've chosen Standard Shipping, please make a note in the "Special Instructions" at checkout that you prefer UPS Ground. When will my order ship? Normally, your package will leave our warehouse the next business day. We try to ship orders placed by 12 noon PST the same business day whenever possible. Occasionally, during warm weather, we will delay shipping to avoid extended exposure to high temperatures over the weekend. You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order ships. How long will my order take to arrive? Time in transit depends on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Transit days start the day after your order ships, do not include Sunday for USPS, and do not include Saturday or Sunday for UPS. For example: An order placed on Monday night, shipping via UPS Ground (Standard Shipping) to New York, will ship out on Tuesday and arrive on the following Tuesday. The same order shipped USPS Priority Mail would arrive Thursday or Friday, shipped UPS 3 Day would arrive on Friday, shipped UPS 2nd Day Air would arrive on Thursday, and shipped UPS Next Day air would arrive on Wednesday. There isn't an easy answer to this question. We provide both UPS and USPS because they are both great options for different situations. UPS is known for their guaranteed delivery dates and step-by-step order tracking. USPS offers fast standard shipping and deliveries on Saturday. However, USPS does not offer a guaranteed delivery date and can cost a lot for heavy packages (and candy is heavy!). UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes and UPS Ground takes a full week to travel from our warehouse in California to the East Coast. Some people just prefer one method over the other. Ultimately, both methods get your candy to you and we want you to have the choice. Use the Shipping Calculator to compare prices, and if you want advice don't hesitate to contact us. UPS Ground Time in Transit Transit days start the day after your order ships and do not include Saturday or Sunday.

Our preferred payment method for international orders is PayPal. Customers in Canada can place their order online and must select USPS Priority Mail International at checkout. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please note, we normally cannot refund shipping fees on returns.
