Shipping Options:

Prices and delivery times are shown for other Shipping Options and are calculated based on order weight & destination.

* Business days in transit start counting the day AFTER an order ships out. Note, UPS and USPS do not count weekends. For example, if a 2-Day shipment goes out on a Friday, it will arrive on Tuesday of the next week, which is the second BUSINESS day. If a Next Day shipment goes out on a Friday, it will arrive on Monday of the next week, which is the next BUSINESS day.

Exactly how long will it take for my order to arrive?
The actual time required depends on your shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated shipping times for your order for each available method are calculated and shown during checkout. (See table above for estimates.) UPS and USPS do not guarantee their estimated shipping schedules.

When will my order ship?
Normally, your package will leave our warehouse the same or next business day. We try to ship orders placed by 12 noon Eastern time the same business day whenever possible. During warm weather your order may be held until Monday to avoid sitting in some unknown warehouse with exposure to high temperatures over the weekend.

If you need your candy by a certain date, please tell us your timing requirements under "Special Instructions" at checkout. We'll review the shipping method chosen and, if necessary, expedite processing of your order and/or contact you for approval if a shipping upgrade is needed. Upon request, we can also hold orders to ship out on a later date.

Order Confirmation Email
An automatic order confirmation is emailed immediately after you place your order. If you don't receive it, your order may not have gone through. Please check your spam, junk or promotions folder first and then contact us if you can't find your order confirmation.

Tracking Email
Normally sent the day your order ships, a tracking email will include the shipping method and tracking number for your reference.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees that may be charged by your country upon delivery.

  • For Canada destinations, orders can be placed online and shipped via Canada Standard, UPS Standard or USPS Priority Mail International per your choice.
  • For APO/FPO destinations, orders can placed online and shipped with regular USPS Priority Mail.
  • For all other international destinations, customers need to contact us for a shipping quote. Please provide the list of products, quantities, and the destination country. Our preferred payment method for international orders is PayPal.

Local Customer Pickup
We are an online-only store and do not have a retail store. Local customers are welcome to pick up orders placed online at our warehouse in Traverse City, MI.

Just select "Local Pickup in Traverse City" as the shipping method at checkout (billing address must be in Michigan for this option). Please note: you will still be required to enter a shipping address to complete the order. Don't worry—we won't ship the order. It will be waiting for you to pick up at our warehouse. If you don't live in Michigan but will be visiting, call or email us, and we can adjust your order to "Local Pickup in Traverse City".

We'll send you an email with pick up info as soon as your order is ready. You can also Call or email before picking up your order to ensure it is ready and that someone will be at our warehouse at the time you plan to pick it up.
