Just Add Water:
•1 part water to 1 part powder (less water for stronger color)
•Mix only amount of color needed in separate container until completely dissolved.
•Store unused powder in a cool dry area away from heat and direct light

Additional information from the manufacturer: Facility does not process any of the 9 major allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, egg, soy, fish, shellfish/crustaceans, or sesame). Annatto and corn ingredients are processed on shared equipment.
•When adding color to fondant or gum paste, use less than the recommended equal parts of water to concentrate the color so you don't break down your fondant or make it too sticky, Use a dropper and drip drops of water to hydrate the powder, using the least amount of water possible. Best results are achieved when the wet TruColor™ is very concentrated and completely dissolved. Make sure the concentrated color is completely dissolved before folding in or adding to fondant or icing or you may see specks of undissolved color.
•The acid content or "pH" level may change the color of your icing. Yellow will become brighter and dark brown will become darker by simply adding a squirt of Lemon Juice. These options and variations allow the decorator to create a variety of easily attainable shades with simple natural household items including baking soda and or lemon juice.
•Dry powders last a year or more when sealed and stored in a cool, dark place. In the freezer, they may last longer.
•Hydrated colors are best used immediately, but may be kept in the refrigerator for a few days or frozen up to 6 months.
•Gums include tara gum, konjak and guar gum.
•May also contain ascorbic acid, citric acid, and/or sodium bicarbonate* to control pH and organic tapioca maltodextrin as a natural processing aid.

•Trace amounts of corn may be present. Manufacturing and packaging facilities contain corn and corn-derived ingredients. Product may be processed on shared equipment with items that contain corn or corn-derived ingredients.
